I am a soon-to-be first time mother who is happily married. I have always dreamed of writing my thoughts and dreams not only for myself and my family, but also for others. I have discovered through a life changing experience, over 3 1/2 years ago, that life is about love and family. Those truely are the riches of the world.

I was very ill, 24 years old and in nursing school full-time, working full-time, and about to be married, when I was admitted to the ER with a tumor in my chest. God blessed me with the fact of the tumor being benign. I did have to under-go the open-heart surgery where my chest and muscles were cut open to remove it do the grapefruit size it was, after tests etc., it was determined at that point to be benign.

This whole experience has changed my life and I know what my purpose is here on earth now. I have so much love to give people, my family and friends and I share my story with others for inspiration and peace. My story is one of millions I'm sure, but it's my story, a story, a fate, if you will, that has brought me closer to God and the appreciation of life and all of it's blessings.

This story I want to share with my child and others because life is about learning and appreciating the human spirit and where we, humans, evolved from. This world is spinning so roughly and infinitely, that perspective of life and life's dreams are lost in the sequence.
