All coaching takes place on the phone so it’s very flexible. I work with clients who call me during their lunch hour at work and others who call during the baby’s nap time. Usually clients have four, 30 minute sessions per month. I have also worked with clients on a monthly or bi-weekly basis. We can discuss what best matches your needs and interests.
Coaching fees range from $100-200 per month, with a three-month recommended minimum. There is also a one-time, two-hour intake session to lay the foundation of your values and goals which costs $200.
The first hour of your first session is free when you contact me through the sister i website.
